The July 2008 session of the Real Estate Principles course will be held at our Modesto office starting on July 7th , 2008. This is one of the courses necessary to qualify for the DRE license exam.

The other two required classes-Real Estate Principles and an elective class are offered in our program as home study courses in the Prudential California Real Estate Institute package.

Live classes begin at 6:00pm and run until 9:30 pm weeknights at our office.

Our Principles class is local and offers 100% live instruction. Don Belanger, the instructor is very entertaining, thorough, and very effective.  He has an impressive resume as an instructor and experience in every aspect of the real estate business for over 30 years.

The success rate is very high in having our students prepared to pass the state exam and understand the material.

Due to the success of classes, early registration is advised. To preserve the good interaction with the instructor, class size is limited.

The total package is affordable at just $399.00. Advanced reservations are required.  To reserve a seat in the class, all that's required is a deposit of $250.00; the balance can be paid on the first night. You may pay by check, money order, VISA, Master Card or American Express made payable to Prudential California Realty.

Included in the scheduled classes, you are invited to a Career Night on Tuesday July 22^nd at 6:00pm. Career night, hosted by the Career Development Director of Prudential California Realty, will answer your questions such as, "What is a career in real estate really like?" "What does it take to be successful in real estate?" "How do I choose a real estate company?"
