IN REAL ESTATE SALES
To establish a successful start in my real estate career, I commit to do the following:
· Attend my office sales meting each week
· Attend the weekly MLS meeting
· Attend all Company sponsored training sessions weekly.
To achieve success, I commit to the following prospecting activities:
· Making 25 prospecting calls per day, every day.
· Knock on a minimum of 100 doors per week
· Create a database with a minimum of 200 people in my sphere of influence within one week, and add to it every week.
· Develop a monthly mail and email contact program for my sphere of influence and my neighborhood farm areas.
· Contact 5 people in my sphere of influence each day.
· Pass out a minimum of 25 business cards each week at businesses I visit.
· Hold open houses at least three times per month.
· Prepare my written business plan and goals, and review quarterly with my coach and manager.
· Read and study all training materials provided (print, video, audio, and internet.)
· Register and visit all internet sites recommended by my coach.
