About Glenn M. Race:
Commitment... It shows!
Of all the degrees, titles, or attributes that could be affixed to Glenn's name — and there are many! — the one he puts at the top of the list is simply this: Commitment.
Because it's commitment that makes the biggest difference. It's commitment that will drive your REALTOR(R) to meet the challenges and find the solutions. It's commitment that puts all that formal education and real estate experience to work...for you!
Not that education and experience don't play a part. For example, Glenn has been a real estate professional since 1973. He obtained a broker's license in his native Syracuse, New York in 1977, later moving to California where he earned a second broker's license in 1988. Since then, Glenn has collected numerous industry awards for top sales production, as well as for community service. He also earned his Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of Realtors Institute designations, and went on to complete an extensive training course to become a Certified Career Development Specialist.
All of which has made Glenn not only one of the most successful agents in the business, but one of the most sought-after for his knowledge and advice. Glenn is author of numerous magazine articles for such prestigious publications as Real Estate Today and Real Estate Selling Strategies. He served four terms on California Real Estate magazine's Editorial Advisory Board, and on countless Realtors Association committees and projects, including a Federal District Coordinator post for Congressman Gary Condit.
Conducting "Career Days" and speaking to local students is a special treat for Glenn. "The future of our industry, and our economy," says Glenn, "depends on young people realizing the benefits of real estate ownership, and possible careers in real estate sales."
The careers of Prudential California Realty agents have now become Glenn's primary focus. Assuming the Residential Sales Manager position in 1998, Glenn continues to act as coach, trainer and mentor. While consulting individually with both new and experienced agents, he also arranges Prudential's regular "Real Estate Skills Sessions." Not only do Prudential California's own agents benefit, Glenn is happy to invite agents from any real estate office to come and learn.
Why? As Glenn sees it, everyone benefits when anyone increases his or her professional skills. When real estate agents share their knowledge, solutions to common problems come easier. Cooperation between brokers grows. The industry as a whole improves. Our community prospers.
And it all begins with the individual. And with commitment. With Glenn Race, it shows.
